One Set up page for your receptionist
Setting up your receptionist now happens in one place. The Set up page has four sections, a Next step button and a Save for each part.
Everything about how your receptionist works now lives on one page: Set up.
What changed
- One page, four sections. Your business, How calls are answered, Bookings and alerts and What it should know.
- A Next step button. It takes you to the next section that still needs filling in.
- A Save for each part. Each Save button saves only the part above it.
- A shorter menu. The main menu is Overview, Set up, Calls, Numbers and Assistant. Everything else is under More.
- No separate Business Profile or Knowledge pages. They are sections of Set up now, and their old addresses open it.
