After each call, Ringar AI sends what happened to n8n, Zapier, Make, or your own endpoint, so calls can land in your CRM, a channel or a sheet without anyone copying them across.

Your assistant reads your real Calendly availability during the call, so callers are only offered times you are genuinely free. Booking into Calendly needs a paid Calendly plan, so Ringar AI takes the caller's details instead.
Email notifications
Ringar AI emails you what your assistant handled, messages taken, bookings made, callbacks requested, so nothing sits waiting for someone to check the dashboard.
Text notifications
Ringar AI texts you what your assistant handled, so you know about a booking or a message without opening anything. Texts are charged per message.
WhatsApp messages
Ringar AI sends you a WhatsApp message as well as an email when your assistant handles something, so you can read it in the place you already are. Messages are charged per notification.
WhatsApp messages via Twilio
