How to get started with Ringar AI, from your website to your number

You do not need an account to see what Ringar AI finds about your business. You create one when you are ready for your number.

Before you start

You will need:

• Your website. If you have no website, your business name and the industry you work in will do.
• An email and a password of at least 12 characters.
• For the number step: your registered company, your first and last name, your work email, your phone number and your website.

The steps

1. Go to ringar.ai/start and enter your website in the Your website box. If you have no website, choose No website? Tell us about your business and enter your business name and industry instead.
2. Press See what we find. Ringar AI reads your website.
3. On the Your receptionist is ready screen, check the details it found: who you are, who you serve, how you price and what customers need. Change anything that is wrong. The pricing box is optional.
4. Press Get your phone number.
5. Create your account: enter your email and a password of at least 12 characters, then press Continue setup.
6. Check your email and open the link in it. Use the same browser, so you carry on where you left off.
7. Search for your registered company and choose it, then enter your business name, first name, last name, work email, phone number and website.
8. Choose your number type: National number (0330), which is the recommended choice, or Local number, based on your area.
9. Press Get my Ringar number.

Someone from Ringar will contact you straight after you sign up to help complete your setup.

If you are not ready for a number

You can finish setup now and add a number later. Press Save setup without a number. Calls will not be live yet.

After you have your number

Opening hours and your calendar are not part of sign-up. You add them afterwards on the Bookings page, in three steps. Follow how to set up bookings.
