How to set how your receptionist says your business name
If your business name is hard to say, you can write it the way it sounds. Callers then hear your name said that way.
If your business name is hard to say, tell your receptionist how it sounds. Callers then hear it said the way you wrote it.
The steps
- In your dashboard, open Business Profile.
- In the Business name section, find How do we say your business name?
- Write the name the way it sounds. For example, if "Aoife's Bakery" is said "Ee-fa's Bakery", type Ee-fa's Bakery.
- Press Save. The page says Saved.
The box is on the Business Profile page for every business.
