Updates
Put your booking form on your own website
You can now show your booking form on your own website. Paste one snippet from your dashboard and callers can book online as well as by phone.
Your booking page can now sit on your own website. You add one script tag, and your booking form appears where you want it.
Two ways to show it
- On the page. An element on your page becomes the booking form in place.
- From a button. A button opens the booking form in a window on top of your page.
Either one can show a single team member's booking page instead of the whole business. Add their page name to the snippet.
Where to find it
Open Scheduling in your dashboard, then Booking system. The "Add it to your website" card has both snippets with a Copy button.
The card appears when your public booking page is switched on and the built-in Ringar AI Schedule is the diary your appointments are booked into.
What it does
The form on your website is your public booking page, shown inside your own page. It does what that page does and applies the same checks, so a booking made there is the same as one made from the page itself.
For how your receptionist books on the phone, read booking appointments by phone.
