Connect Google Calendar and your receptionist checks when you are free and books into it while the caller is still on the line. Nobody has to copy the appointment across afterwards.
Ringar AI now works with Google Calendar. When a caller asks for an appointment, your receptionist looks at the calendar you already use, offers a time you are free, and books the one the caller picks.

- The appointment is put straight into the calendar you already use. It does not wait for someone to write it down and enter it later.
What you need
A Google Calendar connected from Integrations in your dashboard.
Google Calendar is one of several options. Outlook Calendar, Cal.com and the built-in Ringar AI Schedule are available too, and the integrations page lists what can be connected today.
