Say your business name the way it sounds
If your business name is hard to say, you can now write it the way it sounds. Callers then hear your name said that way.
Your Business Profile page now has a box called How do we say your business name?
How to use it
- Open Business Profile in your dashboard.
- Find How do we say your business name? in the Business name section.
- Write the name the way it sounds. For example, if "Aoife's Bakery" is said "Ee-fa's Bakery", type Ee-fa's Bakery.
- Press Save.
The box is there for every business. For each step in detail, read how to set how your receptionist says your business name.
