Ringar AI vs Sayora: a single early-access plan for trades, compared
Sayora is a Scottish-registered company selling AI call answering for UK trades on one early-access plan with unlimited minutes. Ringar AI publishes three fixed allowances with a phone number in every plan. Here is what each publishes and where they are not like-for-like.
Sayora is a Scottish-registered company selling AI call answering for UK trades on a single early-access plan with unlimited minutes. For a plumber, electrician, builder or heating engineer weighing up both, it is a reasonable business to compare against. This piece uses only what each company publishes on its own site, read on 28 September 2026, and says plainly where the two are not directly comparable. Prices change, and Sayora's page describes its own price as early-access pricing, so check both pages before you buy.
The short version
Both are UK companies billing in pounds. Sayora is Sayora Ltd, registered in Scotland. It publishes one plan, Early Access, at £49 a month with unlimited minutes, no setup fee and a dedicated UK landline with a local area code included. Ringar AI publishes three priced plans with fixed minute allowances and a phone number in every plan. Both start from the business's own website: Sayora states it trains from the site, and Ringar AI reads the site first during set-up, with the business correcting what it found. Neither point is a criticism.
Plans, side by side
Sayora's published plan, read on 28 September 2026:
| Plan | Monthly | Minutes | Number | Terms |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Early Access | £49 | Unlimited minutes, "no per-minute charges, no overage" | Dedicated UK landline with area code | No setup fee; month-to-month; seven-day trial |
Ringar AI's published plans:
| Plan | Monthly | Minutes included | Numbers included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Entry | £60 | 500 | 1 |
| Lite | £90 | 900 | 1 |
| Pro | £320 | 4,000 | 3 |
| Enterprise | On request | On request | On request |
One flat unlimited plan and three fixed allowances are different shapes, and no row above is like-for-like. Sayora's page also describes its price as early-access pricing that locks in for early customers, which a buyer should read as a launch position rather than a settled price list.
Where the two plans line up most closely
Sayora Early Access at £49 with unlimited minutes sits £11 below Ringar AI Entry at £60 with 500 minutes. There is no Sayora tier to set against Ringar AI Lite at £90 with 900 minutes or Pro at £320 with 4,000. On headline price Sayora is lower and its minutes are unlimited.
Where Sayora is genuinely stronger
- Unlimited minutes. Its page states "no per-minute charges, no overage", so there is no allowance to watch.
- A lower headline price. £49 against £60 at the entry tier.
- A UK landline included. A dedicated UK landline with a local area code comes with the plan.
- Lead summaries by text and email.
- Spam screening. Listed on Sayora's page.
- Call recordings and transcripts. Listed on Sayora's page. Ringar AI provides call transcripts and structured call summaries on every plan, and stores no call audio by design.
- Trial and terms. A seven-day trial, with a card taken only when the trial is claimed, no setup fee and month-to-month terms. Ringar AI's trial is a UK phone number and 50 minutes to try the system. Its plans are monthly: you can cancel at any time and the paid-for month runs to its end, with payments for that month not refunded.
Sayora's £49 is explicitly early-access pricing on its own page, not a settled price. A single plan with no published tier above it also means no visible path for what happens as a business grows or what the price becomes once early access ends.
Where Ringar AI's plans differ
- Set up in minutes. Answer a few questions about your business during sign-up and you get a UK phone number that already knows your business and can answer callers' questions straight away.
- Three published tiers rather than one. A growing firm has a next step at 900 and 4,000 minutes, and up to three numbers on Pro.
- Phone numbers in every plan. One on Entry and Lite, three on Pro, with additional numbers at £5 a month each.
- Booking with real availability. Where a calendar is connected, Ringar AI checks real availability during the call and books the slot.
- Answers from your own information. It answers questions from what the business has given it and takes the caller's name, number and what they need.
- A written record. What was said and what came of it is left for the team in the dashboard.
£49 for unlimited minutes is a genuinely attractive number, and it is also, by Sayora's own description, an early-access number that will not necessarily stay where it is. A business choosing an AI receptionist today is choosing a supplier to rely on for months or years, not just a launch price. Ringar AI publishes three settled tiers with room to grow into, a defined price at each step, and a second and third phone number available on Pro, so a business that outgrows its first plan already knows what comes next.
What neither company's site tells you
Sayora's page, as read, did not say what the price becomes after early access, or any tier above the single plan. Ringar AI's trial is a UK phone number and 50 minutes to try the system, its plans are monthly, and each plan shows a concurrent-call figure. Ask both companies directly.
How to actually decide
A comparison table shows what is published. It does not show how either handles a trade's actual calls. Hear it. Ring the demonstration line on the homepage, or book a twenty-minute call to run through a real example from your own week.
